Benefits of exercise: Moderate Exercise releases endorphins that reduce pain and produce a general feeling of happiness and increased energy. It also fights depression while improving brain health and enhances sound sleep. Exercise helps us to maintain strong muscles and bones, while reducing the risk of chronic disease. It also increases our lifespan.

We Make Room for Health When We Practice Fasting Daily

 

Once we haven’t eaten for about 8 hours our body will enter Autophagy (Greek word that means self-devouring). Our body begins to eat all the toxins and cancerous cells.

Smoothie Recipe: 8 cups of kale, ½ teaspoons of turmeric, cumin, and black cumin, 2 TBS Flaxseed, a bell pepper, medium zucchini, ¼ cup of mushrooms, beet, red cabbage, 3 bananas, 1 cup of blueberries, 1 cup of mixed berries.
