Hello BC,
I have an important announcement to make about this weekend’s services at every campus:
Over the last week, sickness has run through our staff and volunteer teams in a huge way.
There is nothing serious in the sense that anyone is deathly ill, but it’s been a bit like a domino effect. Just as soon as one person is down and starting to feel better, another person will test positive.
To further complicate things, many are testing negative at first, but then a few days later, symptoms emerge and they’ve interacted with more people. I’m sure you’ve experienced this at work, holiday parties and so on. It’s just par for the course!
Our teams met today to discuss all of the possibilities in order to not cancel. At this point, we are having to replace the replacements with replacements.
So in moments like this, after pastoring for almost 40 years (and after walking through 2 years of this pandemic), I have learned that it is better to operate out of CONVICTION rather than CONVENIENCE.
We decided to take one weekend and do church from home. This will give our team a chance to RESET and regain health, and then jump back in next weekend!
So, here’s what this weekend will look like: We’re going to ONLINE ONLY, and it will be THIS SUNDAY ONLY - we’ll have services at 9am and 10:45am, and I have a message on my heart that I’m really excited about!

Thank you for being so flexible and allowing us to make an adjustment. We’ll be back in no time, healthy and ready to worship together in person!
